The Burton Neighborhood is located approximately six miles East of Downtown Vancouver’s City Center. The neighborhood spans over 169 acres and is one of the only neighborhoods in Vancouver that does not use a grid-like block system. Part of the neighborhood was built on a ridge, creating a two-tiered neighborhood with views of Mount Saint Helens with a grove of conifer trees separating the levels.

Burton and Oakbrook Neighborhoods were built specifically for residential use, with the majority of homes being built in the early 1970's and 1980's. Homes are typically priced affordable, appear well maintained, shaded by towering fir trees, and interspersed with a multitude of neighborhood parks and walking trails. From cozy ranches with hardwood floors, to practical split-level homes with spacious backyards - you can find the home of your dreams in the Burton area. Home to Evergreen High School and Burton Elementary, this is the place for those looking to benefit from a quiet neighborhood, but still be close to local amenities such as businesses, restaurants, and freeway access.
